Hours of Operation:

Open year-round:  Friday - Sunday, 11:00-5:30pm

• All Groups of 6 or more are required to have reservations.
• Please reserve all tours in advance. Smaller groups please call to be added to larger group tour times.
• Virginia's laws prevent us from serving anyone who is/seems intoxicated.
• Our ABC license covers only the service of the wines we sell at Willowcroft.
• Tour Bus Policy: All tour bus groups must call in advance and let us know there is a bus coming.  Our Parking lot is too narrow and tour buses cannot turn around.  We ask that the bus driver parks up at the entrance sign and visitors walk down driveway to Tasting Room. 
• Picnic area is reserved for Willowcroft guests only and is not open to the public. Please consider others and limit your use.

Room Rates:

* Room is limited to 20-25 people, is heat/air controlled, and has meeting capabilities.

Rate: $200 for the first two hours and $50 for every ½ hour thereafter. Groups that rent the facility must choose one of the Special Events Packages listed below. We cater to selected affairs during normal business hours or by appointment: bridal showers, baby showers, business meetings, family get-togethers, & more!

Groups of 10+ is a mandatory $10 per person for Wine Tasting

Groups of 10+ have choice of Tasting Package:

Choice One Wine Tasting $5 per person (Groups of 9 or less) $10 per person (Groups of 10+)

Choice Two Wine Tasting Cheese Tasting $12 per person
