Home Winemaking Seminar
Since 2002 Willowcroft has been offering homewinemaking classes. Our winemaker, Lew Parker, has over 26
years winemaking experience. We have made friends with a number of home winemakers who came to purchase our grapes. They have been great fun to meet and we have enjoyed
helping them with a good supply of high quality fruit. We answered so many basic questions for our home winemaker friends that we have decided to hold a two-session home
winemaking seminar at Willowcroft. The first session will take place on Sunday, July 11th and run from 10am to 12pm. The last session will take place on Sunday, August 8th
and run from 10am to 12pm. As attendance will be limited by space, reservations are required. The tuition will be $60 per person for the four instructional hours
(all wine tastings included).
Contact us to reserve your spot now.
We firmly believe that, with some training and a little bit of equipment, a home winemaker can make wine that is every bit as good as the best commercial wine!

Buying Grapes
As soon as the size of the crop can be estimated (usually about July 1st), we will be taking reservations for
grapes for home winemaking. We should have a supply of excellent Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet
Sauvignon.
If you are interested, call us in July.
Minimum order size will be 100 pounds of fruit.
